Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, always available, and able to “roll with the punches” she is also an incredibly kind and genuine person! She always kept me in the loop and made sure to stay on my mortgage lenders to ensure tasks were being completed (they were a bit difficult). No matter what was thrown our way she found a solution and was always patient with me. She also warmed my heart by giving me goodie bags along the way (snack box on tour day was INCREDIBLE) and even had a beautiful welcome bag waiting in my home with a “welcome home” sign in the front yard on closing day that made me tear up. Her passion for people and her work is so evident and while I hope I don’t move anytime soon, I will recommend Renata to all of my friends and family and will absolutely use her in the future!!
