I called in to get a home owners quote. The lady I spoke with was not paying attention during the intake questions, and kept asking me the same information over and over again.

Once we got through the questions, she tried to strong arm me into giving her my auto insurance business before she would give me a quote on the home owners.

When I asked why, she got an attitude, and insisted that it was All State's Policy. When I asked for that in writing she became very combative and rude.

At that point I asked to speak to her manager. She replied that she was the manager. I told her, that I understand, but I wanted to speak with her manager since she was not the name partner on the branch.

She refused to allow me to speak with anyone else. At that point, I told her to have a nice day, and took my business elsewhere.
