Melinda and Cynthia are a very personable, dynamic team of realtors. Over the years, we have had awesome experiences working with them on the purchase of our townhouse and a new single family home. Due to their expertise and relationships with others in the industry, and our local real estate market, we did not have to bid on our new home. Approximately 1 year later, they sold our townhouse within 1 day, at a great price. Both Melinda and Cynthia consistently gave us the right advise and a list of things needed to get takers and spike interest during the townhouse renovations. I am giving Helena Pulyaeva 5 stars, but I would give 6 or even 10, if that was allowed. Helena Pulyaeva is the best real estate professional we ever met. Helena helped us in many ways. The most important, she helped us to buy out first house. People say, it is the most beautiful house in our neighborhood. She was working with us day and night, literally.
