Steven Dillard was very knowledgeable! I chose him to be my realtor because I saw that he had high ratings and I thought he would be a great fit for me. I had doubts that my house wouldn't sell but he showed me otherwise. He never had a doubt in his mind that my house wouldn't sell. He worked extremely hard to get my house onto the market and sold. He also worked with me very well and looked out for affordable repairmen. The house looked astounding after the repairs were done to it. Steven went above and beyond to make the selling process go smoothly as possible. I definitely had a great experience with Mr. Dillard! If anyone is in need of selling or buying a home I 10/10 recommend him as the man to do it. He does a remarkable job and handles business well.
