Joy is a delight and it is unfortunate Steve Fortner is associated with her company. I would NEVER do a business deal with Remax again due to Fortners lack of ethics and professionalism. I could write a story on his behavior and email communications as well as some unethical things he was asking of us. I would literally walk away from any potential home that he is trying to sell or represent a buyer on!!!

First class service was all we expected and received. Sally helped us find the house that we wanted almost two years ago...and Denise found the tenants (quality tenants) and did all the leg & paperwork to place them in the house. Denise catches any & all of the calls concerning any repairs or issues...collects the lease pmts and more. My wife and I feel our property (future retirement home) is well taken care of and in very good hands. I recomend you give these people a call if your in need of any real estate services.

Leased a property in Granbury from them. Not the best experience simply because they specialize in selling homes, not leasing them. They were never rude or disrespectful, but they certainly never delivered any fruit baskets either, if you catch my drift. Probably a different experience if you're buying.

I would not recommend the Realtor Sally Moore, she lied after she was asked a specific question which in turn cost me my good faith money and inspection fee. That might not be much but being a single mom of a disabled child, that money was needed.

Would not recommend. Steve Fortner Is a very unprofessional and highly unethical agent and I hate to see a company have such low standards in staff requirements.
