Linda Moreau is absolutely NOT a professional. We had put in a full price CASH offer on a home she had listed. Our realtor was constantly trying to find out what was going on with our offer____ FOR A WEEK! She kept saying that the owner of the house was a cantankerous old woman who was extremely hard to deal with. In reality, Moreau, was holding out for other offers. Not even bothering to give us a chance to put in another offer.
I’m not sure how she is allowed to do these types of things. Clearly she is an unethical person.

Stopped by after hours to inquire about local land owned by my family. Although he was trying to get out the door Chad assisted me with a welcoming and friendly attitude. He was straightforward in his talk, he was extremely knowledgeable about local market conditions and their history and he honestly assessed the prospects for the property.
