If you want to avoid reading this lengthy review I’ll shoot you straight from the start, as a renter I wouldn’t rent a property from this company. If you’re a home owner and enjoy the current state of your property and want happy tenants look else where.

This company took over my lease when my out of state landlord fired another management company.

First impression: the company owner blew up my phone repeatedly during the day when they took over the lease dispute being told my wife and I worked nights. When the calls went unanswered for 2 days the company owner showed up at my house and began looking in the windows.

Repair requests: the company was unable to get our landlord to complete basic repair requests, and when they did make repairs they would do it in the most god awful way possible and charge the landlord top dollar.

Moving out: The management company repeatedly changed their mind on things they wanted done before we moved out and even went back on their word on a few things they said we wouldn’t have to do, this was in addition to the company owner confusing us with other renters and calling us thinking we were someone else. During the move out inspection I was charged $5 for a light bulb that went out the same day and was criticized for having a dog hair in a drawer, only for the inspection agent to stand on the countertops and tell me about dust on the cabinets. To make things worse the company attempted to charge us for things that were identified during the initial inspection.

Again would not recommend.
