Diana Diaz is the most horrible landlord, for Valencia apartments. Had roaches and bedbugs for a year before I left and was never exterminated or even a concern for her as well as dead outlets and painted over everything instead of cleaning. Don't make any deals with her, she often took our rent with no receipt in return.

I called four times looking for assistance with rental properties. Each time I was told they would forward my information to their specialist and they would call me back. Never happened. I took business elsewhere. Wish I could say more, but they never took the time to speak with me.
