Reliable Realty Group did a fantastic job selling our house. Brandon walked us through the process and gave suggestions on how to best present our house for tours and for photos in order to maximize our sale value. He did an open house that was advertised well and was well attended. We got an offer quickly and Brandon worked with the buyer's agent and was able to get us full asking price for our house. He had good communication and was available for any questions we had along the way. I definitely recommend Reliable Realty Group and would use them again.

I have purchased and sold several houses with Brandon, and he does tremendous work. He goes the extra mile with both high-end houses as well as the economy. He does what is necessary to bring in top dollar. Best of all, I absolutely trust him his honesty and integrity.

He represented the seller on a house we were interested in, but didn't have an agent yet. We found an agent later that day after he showed it to us and insisted that we submit our offer through him even though all he did was open the door to let us in and told us practically nothing about the house. All he cared about was the commission even though he hardly did a thing to earn it. After the close, he left his yard sign and lock box up for 17 days until we were forced to remove these unwanted items on our property. Our agent kept texting him to ask him to remove it and he never did. It should have been gone within 24 hours after close. Lazy or taking advantage of some free marketing? Who knows, but he loses either way. If you can't manage to pick up your sign and box after weeks of reminders, I would question ability to manage business. Would not recommend.
