Well I had a very very disappointing experience with this group. I had an accident on 12:15 newyears morning a drunk driver hit my vehicle after hitting 2 other vehicle in a parking lot I made a claim through this agency as well as the intoxicated ladys insurance. I did not hear from them at all during the process of getting my vehicle adjusted by an adjuster who would not even return our call. Second: After the phenomenal service I recived from Allstate the other partys insurance I was paid very well from them with no hassle. After I purchased from albany Georgia my other vehicle we could not get through to an agent just to add that vehicle. And again didn't get no response from National General "Nation wide". Do I made a switch too Allstate "essurance" with great customer service and a better rate. And Now my father n law had an accident unfortunately he also carries National General "Nation Wide" And sad to say i recommend this group to him and now there low balling him on a 2016 dodge challenger worth 30 thousand when it was prchased it and there trying to swindle him and only pay him 20k for it with less than 100k on the OD. Aswell the car had all the bells an whistles an up grades or mods as well. Allstate give me 10k for a 98 gt mustang. Idk National general "Nationwide" use to be very reputable that worked for there customers but now there acting a bit shady in my opinion. I hope that the get back to what they were. But at the moment im haveing to get a lawyer to take them to court for breach of contrat I hate that but they cant figure out a way to make there wrong write a wrong that will cost me even more but my lawyer say i have a easy win. I pray for blessing to all and i pray you have a way better experience but as of now there 0-for-3 for me.
