Cole Jackson was working as accountant for my wife's company, Bea's Hardware for about the last four years. We're both partners in the LLC. Mr. Jackson refuses to share my 2021 and 2022 tax information from Bea's Hardware, even though I'm a partner in the company.

I have sent many letters and emails, he even refuses to take my calls.

When my wife decided to get a divorce last year, Mr. Jackson stated that he was "Switzerland" and would get me all the tax information asap. I've been waiting since July 11, 2022 for a copy of my 2021 taxes!

At this point, I'm assembling a court order to finally get the taxes to my LLC. I am also litigating against Reiss Jackson for refusing to give me timely tax information.

If anyone wants to see proof of my accusations of non-compliance by this accounting firm, just contact me. I will send you all documentation. I have a pdf of all the letters I've sent the last 10 months for your review.

There are many good accounting firms out there, don't get involved with this one.
