We used this company to replace our whole roof. Tim carkhuff came by our house knocked on the door and was telling us about how our roof needed some work on it. He was very warm welcoming and helpful offered to help call our insurance company and walked me through the claiming process. At first we got approved for a certain amount he then saw that the insurance adjuster missed a few things, send a new quote back to them and they approved the extra amounts. From the time he knocked on our door was within a short amount of time our roof was getting replaced. Tim was very responsive and helpful with each step in the process the crew who is doing the actual roof showed up on time and are working very fast in removing and replacing the roof. The first guy who showed up was edruado, he was super helpful stayed talking and even played with my son while he was riding his bike. I highly suggest using this company! Nothing but good things!

Nathan was very helpful throughout the entire process. The roofing team worked very quick and would have completed the job in one day if we weren’t short on supplies. The gentleman that came back to complete the job worked in between periods of rain and was determined to get the job done that day.

Do not choose this roofing company! They are dishonest and will change your original quote months later to get more money from your insurance company. Even after I provided the insurance paperwork they continue to bill and harass me for almost $3000 more and it is now two years later. Very bad experience!
