Stephany was the BEST realtor we could have hoped for. She went above and beyond. She anticipated needs and met them all with a smile on her face and expert advice. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the purchasing of our new home seamless.

We just bought our first home and knew very little about the process; Stephany had immeasurable patience with us and went absolutely above and beyond with every infinitesimal detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and so much more. Stephany is extremely down to earth and so accomodating and made the entire process a million times easier. We could not have done it without her. We don't believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent and we will recommend her until she retires, and maybe even past that.

As far as Stephany's work, she knew exactly when to push, when to back off, and when to say "no absolutely not," for our benefit throughout the process. She is clearly very skilled and absolutely will not let you go through with something without full disclosure (lol get it?). Her communication was always consistent and fast. She was always easy to contact, and many times she would contact others (lenders, inspectors, et cetera) when we couldn't get in touch to push them along to help, which I am certain is not in her job responsibility. She always steered us in the right direction and explained things that we otherwise would not have understood. Stephany stayed in touch from day One to day Close and made sure everything was completely perfect. Absolutely 10,000/10. Thank you Stephany!
