The Best Employees for Red River Credit Union are located in Batesville Ms. (My Opinion) I spoke with Mrs. LaVonda (if I spelled her name correctly) she’s so sweet, positive, and most of all she has patience ? She will take her time and answer all your questions ? I would like to meet her in person, to let her know she’s doing a great good and her positive manners are appreciated by me bad people always get attention/notice but good people don’t!!! From this day forward I will contact Batesville office instead of my hometown office Clarksdale, Clarksdale office manager ‍♀️ If Mrs. LaVonda not an manager she should be and Clarksdale manager needs to take notes from Mrs. LaVonda on how to treat her customers it’s a lot of negative situations I’ve experienced from Clarksdale manager Charlene but I’m not going to get off into it because I want to this review to remain positive Keep up the Great work Mrs.LaVonda you are appreciated

I love my credit union because the staff is always friendly, and very knowledgeable. They always assist me in a courteous, and professional manner , but the thing I like most is that they always treat me like a person, and not a number!!

Not a member but my wife is for five plus years and we were turned down for a car loan the car was 19,000.00 and I had 4,000.00 down but the assistant never asked me that besides the report said I have obligation to a charge off account that I was forgiven of lack of details and not knowing your customer
But this is RED RIVER where nobody no who the customer IS .
