Cheryl is amazing to work with, straight forward and responsive. We have nothing but good memories from our time on Gibson drive and appreciated having a property manager that was there when we needed her. We experienced the professionalism and fairness this agency operates with and are happy to have rented through them.

I've been a tenant in one of Cheryl's rentals in Sun City Lincoln Hills since December 2015. Ever since day 1, I've felt I'd hit the jackpot. Having never dealt with a property manager before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Cheryl basically welcomed us with open arms and had answers for our questions and has so much helpful information about this community we moved into. I've felt well taken care and couldn't be any more satisfied with the relationship we have with Cheryl. She keeps us informed, answers any inquiries and responds immediately to requests for service. She's got a roster of really competent and friendly craftsmen to do whatever services are needed. We are starting on our tenth year of living here and are just so pleased with all parts our relationship with this wonderful woman. If more stars were available, she would have them.

Cheryl is really great. Living in downtown was a breeze and Cheryl was always on top of making sure if there were any issues to resolve it right away. I really appreciated that. There aren’t many good property managers out there, but Cheryl is really great and gets things done right away! She is very wonderful. Thank you!!

I rented from this Organization and Cheryl Muzinich specifically. The company is great and Cheryl went above and beyond during my time there. To start off, I must say Cheryl is an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been my property manager for three different units I have rented in the past five years and she has always treated me with the upmost respect. I eventually bought a house this past year and I also had Cheryl represent me. She made the process so smooth and clear for me into getting into my first home. She has been absolutely amazing to work with, I could not have asked for better care over the years.
