If I had read the reviews before, I definitely wouldn't have wasted my time. When I called them on the phone, they said you need to come here and fill out the application. When I went there in person, the real estate agent talked on the phone for almost 30 minutes, even though she knew I was there waiting for her. I left there. When I went there for the second time, the same thing happened again. Definitely one of the worst real estate agent.

Excelente! I spoke with a real state called “ Patricia” and tell her what kind of apartment I wanted and the area. she found a place for me fast and I got what I wanted I would be forever grateful. I really recommend this place.

The notary was rude and dismissive, not sure if he thought he was too good for folks or if he is generally just an unpleasant person but he definitely isnt someone I'd go to for legal documents in the future. Three stars for the nice professional lady in the front.

I applied for an apartment. $1250 at 36 O’brien Place. Though they claim to have many applicants they also tell you they’ll call you if the apartment gets rented. No one called and it sucks because I was banking on that apartment. My fiancé even asked if they have other apartments and the receptionist tells him not to worry let’s wait to see what’s happens with this apartment. I called 2 weeks later to find out it was rented. FYI if you’re not Hispanic or even speak Spanish, this office won’t make you a priority.
