Working with Rock was an absolute pleasure! We were selling our house and Rock was there every step of the way to guide us through the process. Rock did a great job selling our house. He worked with us to ensure our house was prepared to sell. He used professional photography and 3D/drone footage. His commission was much lower than the traditional 6%. He advertised and sold our house as if it were his own. If you don’t have a realtor, call Rock!

Rock's experience, expertise, and unconventional methods got us a great result on the sale side. More specifically, he InvisAlisted on 7 FEB while prepping the property with a complete due diligence package; then he listed on the MLS on 10 MAR & we were under contract in only 21 days at 97.8% of list price.
