I would not recommend this company if you're renting a home. The agent Christi seemed nice, but a bit sketchy we only communicated by text and email...not very professional or helpful in leasing a move in ready home. I learned an expensive lesson moving into one of their rentals. The home was not move-in ready...disgusting and shameful. The carpets were filthy, bug droppings where found everywhere. Nothing had been cleaned thoroughly from the windows to toilets. They didn't provide any window coverings, the lawn needed care, no air filter, missing a door to a bedroom. Just absolutely unacceptable. I will regret this until my lease is finally up. I'm ashamed and in tears to have my family live in this place. May God bless us and make our time at this house go quickly and peacefully.
