We're moving to Fort Smith while we figure out where to buy a house in Arkansas. We haven't been renters for quite some time, so the PM process is a little new to us all over. I do appreciate the (showing hero)self guided tours since we can do it on our time and time slots. Kenneth was super helpful throughout the whole experience. He's quick to answer questions and concerns. I look forward to working with this company for our move from Texas to Arkansas.

May be the worst experience I have ever had with a property manager. They make you pay to have your apartment professionally cleaned when you move out just to charge $400 worth of fees for regular maintenance that is typically required for any property owner when someone moves out! Changing lights, touching g up paint on baseboards etc. on top of that Michelle was just rude through the entire time I was there. For no reason at that. Would avoid unless you want to constantly be paying unnecessary fees and dealing with people with absolutely terrible customer service.

I’ve lived in Van Buren under RPM for almost a year, and Michelle Harding is the absolute best landlord you could ask for. The property I am renting rarely has issues, but if it does, it is handled very professionally and quickly. Highly recommend!

Lockbox worked just fine. Deadbolt at front door is broken. Went in through the side door. Really liked the house and yard. A couple spots needed touch-up paint but otherwise everything was nice clean. Will fill out application as I would like to rent it.

Great company! They found a solid tenant within a few days back in 2022. Now that tenant is moving out and we’re having just a few weeks break until the next moves in—already signed the lease.

They made this entire endeavor hassle free. Separately, I really appreciate their communication. We get a text when we need to chat about something. No news is good news.

Though the application process seems tedious and intense, and some of the fees were new to me, there is a lot to be said for the security I feel knowing that this company is vetting its applicants as its due diligence to its property owners. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner, and I had a lot of questions. This property management group is top notch and worth the work.

RPM has good communication! Jorge helped make the application and finishing process easy! Shadow also was a very big help and had great communication and would answer all my Questions!
