They're nice to us if we go in and ask to view a house. The only problem is that you have to get the key back to them in 1 hour. It takes about 20 minutes to get to a house with the traffic heavy. Doesn't leave you much time to look at a house .

If there was a -5 star rating that is what real estate rentals deserves. My shower is falling apart, my a/c unit is literally frozen solid, and my window has been broken for 3 months. Not a thing has been done about it. I would never recommend this management company to anyone. Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with.

Called about a house for rent, they gave us the address told us it was available, told us to do the application, we loved it, called the next day, turns out a friend of mine had paid the deposit almost a month prior so it was technically rented. All we got when WE asked them was oops sorry.

This company is running a numbers game. They will list a home, charge you a 50.00 application fee along with 50 other applicants for the same house and never call you back. So they make sometimes over 2000.00 for one house in just application fees alone. My son has applied 3 months ago for a home and is well qualified according to the company's guidelines and he is still waiting on a call back. He has called them several times and still have not heard a word. This place is a complete scam. Please do not waste your time or money because you will never get a callback. I don't see how they could live with themselves for taking innocent people money in times like this. They don't even deserve the one star.

I really wish I could put 0 stars. We have been waiting on an answer from them regarding housing for months. We put in an application and they gave the house away to someone else. When I called and asked them how they go about me picking an applicant, they told me it was first come first serve and if you weren’t picked for one house your application would still be good for 30 days. We have called about 3 houses since putting an application in and have yet to hear anything about any of them. I don’t see how you are in business when people are really in need of housing and all you are doing is collecting application fees with no intent of placing them in any of the properties you have available. It’s really sad how you are just taking people’s hard earned money for your own personal gain.

They took $150.00 application money for a rental, knowing that they had already chosen a renter prior. Denied our application, and we watched a family move in the property the same day. Paid $150.00 just for them to keep calling multiple times for us to gather information their supposed to verify. I think that's when they noticed were people of COLOR! The people in office are unprofessional and inconsistent when it comes to keeping time. I'm glad we don't have to associate. I do want my money that was STOLEN!!

Walked in and the lady was rude, she didn't acknowledge me until I said something, told her my "sister and nephew" would be moving in with me and she said she doesn't do roommates and turned around didn't say sorry or even have a nice day. Rude lady, how is she still in business?
