The sale of our retirement complex apartment was proving difficult to sell and after six months with another agent Raj was recommended to us by my sister. It turns out to have been a brilliant recommendation. Raj has been the estate agent extraordinaire! I am so grateful for his incredible support from start to finish, when the first sale fell through just before exchange Raj found us another buyer within 3 days. This sale has taken 6 months and has needed Raj's excellent attention to detail to keep it going, contacting everyone to keep the lines of communication open when it appeared that the legal people were struggling to do so. With one solicitor in the chain having 7 changes of personnel dealing with the purchase of our flat there were times when my frustration levels were very high, but Raj always answered my questions thoroughly and without a trace of impatience. Despite the low value of our apartment he never made me feel that I was at the bottom of the pile which was amazing. I am so grateful to him and I wholeheartedly recommend him. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!!

Raj and his team have been outstanding every step of the way. Despite changing buyers twice, with RDR we were always in safe hands - although I’m sure we can’t have been the easiest clients - Raj and his team kept us informed and reassured ensuring any worries we had were sorted - as well as getting a great price for our property too.

Raj was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process of the purchase of our house. There was a very difficult seller and sometimes solicitors but Raj was the constant who provided support and advice when needed. The whole sale process was made easier by the support provided by Raj and team. Anyone looking to buy a house of which RDR Dassaur are estate agents for would be very lucky and I highly recommend doing so.

Fabulous service from Raj, great communication and with a personal touch. Looked very kindly after the sellers and gave us (the buyers) realistic expectations on timings etc without a hard sell. This meant we could plan accordingly and made everything much smoother for our first house buy.
Will definitely use RDR when the time comes to sell my old property and would trust implicitly for any future purchases!

Came across Raj when purchasing a property in the Warwick area and what a fantastic experience my partner and I had.
