Buying a house is one of the most important transactions that one may make in their lifetime. That is why it is important not to make a mistake and insure that the i's are all doted and the t's are crossed. Ruby and Patrick helpfulness, warmth, expertise, and integrity made doing this almost seamless, leaving a sense of security that the house you were buying was without surprises and extra financial costs.

Buying the house started with clarifying what I wanted and the location that I wanted, but there is so much more that one should considered and Ruby and Patrick were there to help, providing insight into aspects that I would never have considered like the marine layer, which being from out of state, was new to me.

I found the buying of a house was a process that was filled with many steps and Ruby and Patrick were there for each step offering support and expertise and friendship and together we reached the goal of finding the perfect house for me. It was a great experience working with the Raymond team. Ruby and Patrick went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. They have a team of experts to call on to handle most anything from pictures to minor repairs to get the best sale possible.
