Literally 5 star is not enough , if I could I would give Randy 1000000 stars ⭐️! My husband and I were looking to buy our first home, and as you can imagine first time home buyers have million questions. Randy guided us through the whole process, went above and beyond to answer all the questions we had, helped us make the right decisions. If you are looking for someone who is not only very professional and the best in the area , but also caring to the customer’s family then Randy is your choice. He will tell you the truth at all times, give you advantages and disadvantages of the house, the location, and he will be available throughout the whole process. We bought our dream house in 2 months and he stood by us every step of the way. Once in escrow Jeanette Randy’s office manager/assistant will take over and have everything scheduled for you on spot and on time ! She is the master mind behind all the escrow process and will help you with anything you need - starting from being on top of the timeline , schedules, going back and forth with your landers, literally every single thing - and she will do it professionally and nice and most importantly timely - yes time and schedule are very important in escrow and Jeanette is a superwoman. Overall the truth is I will recommend Randy’s office to every single person I know. Buying a house can get frustrating at times, so having Randy is the best decision you can make because he will have your back and your best interest. Feel free to ask me any questions, I will always be happy to share my experience. We love our first home and without doubt any future purchases will be done with Randy’s help too. We also have a 2.5 year old child , and Randy’s patience was unbelievable with a child running around and screaming as we are trying to do a showing 🏡 thank you Randy and Jeanette ! My husband and I have been looking to move to downtown SLO on and off for 15 years! Randy Steiger is our go-to agent and he patiently showed us houses this entire time. I knew that I wanted to move for a long time but was unclear about what I wanted and I wasn’t in a position financially
I mention that because Randy was with me from the beginning. He spent his valuable time sending me listings, discussing ideas and showing me homes. He was very patient and supportive. When I finally did find the home I wanted his high emotional quotient was evident in keeping the negotiations together even when they got stressful and fragile. There were many times during the process that I was grateful to have a professional who has so many years of experience and who actually loves what he does. I felt no judgement and no pressure. He was attentive, professional and calming. Answers were always expedient.
There are many realtors out there and not all realtors are the same.
Randy is the highest caliber. He is fabulous with people.
