We knew Ramesh since 2017 and decided to reach out to him when it was time to sell our townhouse because we knew we could trust Ramesh with the huge responsibility of selling our house as we were no longer living in the area. We knew in our hearts he would do what it takes to deliver!
We were in a tight spot timing-wise too... we decided to sell at the end of summer and we knew we did not have a lot of time before the market entered a cooling off period.
Ramesh immediately got to work, and put together a plan to sell our townhouse within the next month or so. After getting our buy-in to his proposal, he got our townhouse professionally cleaned, fixed-up and staged... all while maintaining close touch with us about the pricing and the timing of everything. He also walked us through all the documentation we had to complete as sellers. Once again, being first time home sellers... we asked him a ton of questions... but Ramesh was extremely patient just as he had been when we had met him as prospective buyers!
Over the next month, he executed his plan and listed then marketed the townhouse, culminating in an "open house" held over 3 days. We knew he did a great job at this because our neighbor next door specially texted us to let us know about how well it went (since we were out of town).
Ultimately Ramesh helped us secure an offer at a price we desired (subject to current market conditions, which he demonstrated a great understanding of) and continued to help us through various formalities through the closing period.
In the end, thanks to Ramesh... it was an extremely smooth and hassle-free experience to be selling our townhouse! Thank you Ramesh for doing it all with a smile (and making it possible for us to smile instead of frown during this otherwise anxiety provoking phase!)
