I have lived in Rambling Hills for 16 years and it is a great place to live. I was interested to see the rating by Danell Kewish. It should be noted that Ms. Kewish and her companion lived here long enough to have the entire neighborhood in turmoil. They didn't pay rent, taxes, or insurance the entire time they lived here. Their home was the most unkempt home in the neighborhood. They did nothing but cause trouble to our neighborhood. Her rating should be removed from the reviews.

Great neighborhood. We love the location just outside of town, near the lake, and surrounded by nature. The community center is spacious and well kept with a nice pool and jacuzzi. Everyone keeps their homes up well and the area is clean and friendly with a community garden we can all tend to and enjoy.

A Guru Cleaning is our business and we have more then a few cleanings there. Love it
