I knew mortgage financing rates were low, I always doubt what is posted on-line. Thus, I called Rafael Garcia and inquired with him on current rates.
The rates he quoted me were acceptable to refinancing. Within a matter of hours he provided me with an estimate and kept me informed on rates during the week. We were able to keep an eye on rates throughout the week, once 2-1/8% was available for our refi we froze it and within 12 days we closed on our new 15 year mortgage.
