Donegan just did a great job helping us to get our retail space for lease in Downtown Los Angeles! Our new business was looking for a right property for a year (!), so we've met many brokers and may compare. I rented two creative office spaces (at separate times) at the Corporation Building (724 Spring St) in Downtown LA for my marketing company. Donegan was really helpful and got me my 13th month free on my lease, along with a free kitchenette for the space. Actually ran into him at a bar not long after I leased the first space at 7 Grand, and he's become a friend since then. Cool guy. Donegan helped my company rent a work space in Downtown LA. We needed a warehouse with an office space area for our glass wholesale and distribution company. If you need a retail space or somewhere to live here in downtown los angeles you must contact Donegan. He's a Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Broker. I usually do my own research, my own negotiations and Donegan just made it easier for us. He's very straight forward, honest and very reliable. Even on his day-off if you send him a text message he will reply.
