This is the worst property management I've ever rented from. They fix nothing. I lived with a whole in my roof for over three months. They say the maintain the grass on the property after a month and a half they never mowed the grass. They would act like I would complain when I would call to ask them about mowing the grass. They definitely don't do background checks. Like they say they do. I was never late on my rent. But had to move cause they put me in a very unsafe living invirment . I have never experienced stuff like I did with this management company. I highly recommend not renting from them. They lie. Never fix nothing. Act like your bothering them when you have to call trying to get something fixed. If you have children. Be careful. Cause they will rent to sex offender and put them right next to you. They charge high rent for places unfinished wholes in the ceiling and infested with bugs

I've rented from them for off and on 5 years. Because of lack of options. But this is hands down the worst company to rent from. They Never fix things properly or in a timely manner. And sometimes even make things worse instead of fixing them. Hiring incompetent staff. And often losing people as quickly as they hire them. Because it's not only a terrible company to rent from but also a terrible company to work for. I currently work with one of their ex employees.

There's now water damage. An mold growing. Despite them responding to this review. Still NO one has showed up, to even look at what they need to repair. There's at least 7 requests to fix things. The only thing they minorly fixed the entire year we've lived in this trailer, was the hole in the roof. And that was just by putting a piece of sheet metal over the top of it.

Another update: going on almost two years and no one has come out to fix the toilets

RUN AWAY… Don’t let them use oh some of our realtors, workers, agents have been dealing with health issues. That’s an excuse, THEY Don’t Care ABOUT Us. All and Only About MONEY….. I rented a place in my city. It was painted over to cover the black mold in it. The BLACK Mold was so bad it was in every room. We tried to stay warm and cool. Our plug in wall heaters we bought ourselves was getting burned out from the condensation and dripping down. So unsafe and they clean it and cover it up. The ice box didn’t work for awhile, they cleaned it out left doors open bc there was raw meat left in it. On top of that the electric was completely messed up would spark bc the mold, one outlet ruined and sparked when we tried to stay warm. I have my child in elementary living here. Now I have a hard time renting any where bc of them!!! They rent you trashy, unsafe, living conditions(covering those health issues with paint, chalking leaks around sinks and toilets like that place did me. My bathroom window lock was broke forever. I mean OH MY GOD, it’s immoral , over charge you with whatever they can!The living wall heater was actually RED FLAGGED by my city. All these horrible living conditions first month but they have you on a lease. I lived there almost 18 months I had been living month to month for some time.They only gave me $20 off rent 1 time. Not worth 1 freaking penny! If only I could go back and never had done anything with them let alone gave them any of my time or money. It was only a 1 window a/c window . Gas wall Heather in living room pointing towards the front door was red flagged when w/o that for months. Went with out ice box for some time and oven that didn’t work. .Bathroom gas wall Heater never worked. I was diagnosed with cancer, had surgeries, lost my job. I only was unable to pay 2-3 months of rent! Rents $320 monthly. Now they want to charge me like 5,000 bc they kept charging me each month even though my lease was up.And I had moved out for years they kept charging. Loop hole(s) for Slum Lords!!!It’s unbelievable how they charged me!!! Stay away they don’t fix anything they will completely over charge you for trash and milk every cent out of you!!! REALLY just DON’T rent from them ever!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Be careful i will save you money, your credit being tarnished and so much more!!!!! They don’t care watch out please I can’t warn anyone enough!!!!!

My wife called a week ago and still no one has showed up to repair our toilet, There's also now water damage in the hall way. We will be contacting Arkansas Fair housing. Rent is always paid early. Theres no reason these things shouldn't be fixed.

rented through quantum for a year and a half and they never got anything done unless it was absolutely necessary like fixing our A/C unit oh btw if your planning on renting theyre duplex at 3715 north 29th dont bother the landlord doesnt care

to start off i asked for 150 bucks off upon move in due to the fact we were desperate to get a different place and there was damage and a roach infestation
but that doesnt mean i didnt want anything fixed

trash in the yard that my toddler could easily hurt themselves on? never removed

fridge broken? yeah the entire year and a half never once fixed

right back burner on stove connector charred black? nah no problem at all totally not a fire hazard or anything

i also got rid of theyre roach infestation for the most part due to the apparently incompentent pest control guy

oh by the way i dont want my deposit back as a side note to the head broker your landlord apparently needs it WAY more than i do lol

to those who want to potentially move avoid this company at all cost if theres a scumlord like this who wont even take care of his/her property then who knows what other headache inducing landlords they have in theyre employ

the only thing that saves them from 0 stars (if i could put it) is the fact the staff i have talked to at the agency have been mostly polite its not their fault if the owners wont take care of something however keeping said owners in their employ is SOLELY their responsibility and no one elses i dont care how old and experienced you are if someone isnt fixing something then it gives you a bad reputation and gives people the impression that your properties are a dump and in my experience they are and you can only blame yourselves for being just as bad as the landlords goodbye i will never rent from you again

Edit: ive asked for repairs before moving several times what your landlord saw was the result of theyre own laziness and i have pictures for proof and under arkansas law since we are not one of the states with the repair and deduct act we as tenants are allowed to terminate the lease at any given time if the property is not being repaired i will not be pushed around by threats

I filled out an application. I didn’t get a call either about my application being turned in haven’t heard from them at all since submitting my app. They broke fed law by not allowing me access to the report they ran on my background. I didn’t obviously get an acceptance nor did they send me any rejection it was completely an unprofessional way o dealing w things. I may talk to a lawyer cause honestly I am feeling stolen from as they took my $25 and haven’t done anything on their end to communicate since. I am owed some information from them by law and so if they can’t follow the basics I don’t know what kind of landlord they’ll be anyway. and as of this post. The house is still empty. I am black, and the people I see they have shown the house to are not. So I am wondering if the attitude and behavior is about that… i don’t have a bunch of felonies or nothing I make substantial income as a disabled vet. I think it’s purely racial. They had a felon and sub leasing going on right up until three month ago for the last yr. I know the old tenant. As I am looking to relocate to remodel an old house. Why not at least reject me in writing or a call? I called four times and each time told to call back? Blow of behavior? They still had an obligation to communicate to me because they charged me a fee. Shady.

Our experience lasted a whole 48 hours and cost $1675. Never even stayed in the duplex. My poor kid thought they were ready to be out on their own and then had huge anxiety attack once realized they were always gonna be alone. Unfortunately my kiddo had gotten life altering news and these anxiety attacks if being forced to stay were not gonna go away and just cause health issues. So in one weekend moved in on a Friday night and moved out that Sunday morning. I understand the whole deposit not being refunded, but nothing of the rent?! Couldn't even deduct the two days from the rent.

So the duplex itself is cute for a college kid, but make sure it's clean before you move in! Fruit flies were all in the refrigerator, cobwebs in random places, broken garbage disposal (it was fixed that Saturday morning), and not all the room had blinds. Make sure you send pest control out to spray before you move in. Spiders were an issue and massive ant hills by the porch. They are not responsible for any of that! Thank goodness there were not any roaches though!!

Regardless it was life lesson, but also a lesson of who not to do business with. Cute place with great potential though!

We were without hot water for 2 months. No stove for one month. No icebox for over 6 weeks. Maint. calls are routinely ignored. It's been a nightmare.
They had problems with electrical wiring and fuse boxes. The maintenance guys were able to correct/fix everything once they were given the work order.
Serious communication issues.
To sum up, they are good people, just stretched mighty thin. My hat's off to the maintenance crews ability to "git er done"
