Quail creek was in HORRIBLE shape until the new investors Village Green came in and took control and with management and maintenance. Help they have turned this place around a 360° full term. The property is beautiful the apartments are much nicer. The property manager is absolutely amazing. She addresses every situation, professionally and courteously and the maintenance tech addresses your situation As soon as possible and repairs are fixed correctly. I’m so happy Village Green took control of this property. I’ve been here six years and I was ready to move but Village Green came in and saved the day I want to thank you all God bless you and merry Christmas.

Now that Village Green is managing we are seeing so much work being done that had been neglected and the team that works here, Karysa and Shawn, are definitely top shelf people. They are both helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and are always willing to make sure we are satisfied. None better

Qual creek town homes is not very expensive however it is poorly built and poorly ran. The third party app they use for rental payments is insufficient and difficult to use. The management is very irresponsible and unorganized but professional in conversation however the negatives shine through when issues arise. I respectfully encourage people to steer clear of living here.

I had issues with the Robert and Tami the previous office managers. Never answered never took maintenance emergencies seriously. My first year at quailcreek and my back door window was broken for 10 months due to an attempted break in. It was never even boarded up so glass would always fall out.When I renewed my contract is when it was fixed. I understand things happen but now that I moved out and received a bill for paint and patio clean up when the unit was left cleaner than most but I was not compensated for the time I had a broken window. I find they're priorities ridiculous because I expressed to Robert as well for the over heating of the fridge because the back panel was chock-full of dust and I ended up cleaning it and providing a new panel with my money. Yes the new manager Amber is on top of things but too bad she came in too late for me to change my view on this place.

The maintenance at Quail Creek Townhomes is impressive and the best out of anywhere that I have lived. Maintenance was exceptionally knowledgeable, hard-working, professional, and issues were corrected the first time and in a timely manner!! The leasing staff communicated well and were very personable. The only issue I had while living here was parking because the spaces are too narrow for medium sized trucks.

Wrote a one star review last year but needed to update. New office manager is great, seems to be getting everything back in order and everything is improving. The landscaping is being maintained. Maintenance has always been kind and helpful. Things are looking up!

I was looking for a 3 bedroom and saw that there were 3 units available posted on rent.com so I sent a request through. I never heard back and ended up searching them through Google and called and left several messages and emails. I was in a time crunch so I finally went online to fill out an application(I thought it was an app for getting a 3 bedroom that said was available) I made an appointment after I did the application and paid $148 for the app fee and hold fee that is required to do the application. I get there and she said there wasn't and hasn't been any 3 bedrooms available for a long time and didn't know where I got the info. Then said the appointment was supposed to be virtual anyway. Said she would call about getting a refund for $100 hold fee for the 3 bedroom that was never available. The app I filled out apparently ended up being for a waiting list. So I paid $150 to be put on a waiting list for a 3 bedroom that may never be available when I needed a place to live in 3 weeks.It has been 2 weeks and I haven't been able to reach her back. No calls back, no emails, nothing. So I'm out $150 for a mistake on the website.
