Having recently moved back to the area we wanted to work with a local insurance agency. So glad we chose Pryor Insurance. Working with Kim has been phenomenal. She is knowledgeable, patient and has a great ability to explain insurance concepts and coverage in a way that is easily understandable. She was open to meeting with me in person and, even though we were staying with Erie as our provider, she took considerable time combing through our current policy making recommendations for minor changes that ended up saving us on our annual premiums. And, as an added bonus not to be overlooked, when you call Pryor Insurance you don't have a maze of automated options to navigate through, you have a very friendly voice of a real human being answering the phone.

I had Pryor Insurance once before and ended up leaving and going with another company due to getting married, unfortunately (unfortunately for both, leaving Pryor and for getting married 🤣.) Not only have they found reasonably priced policies for me, they are quick to handle a claim. The only issue I've had was, after totaling my pickup, it wasn't removed from my policy and I didn't notice until my next renewal. They were very quick to rectify the issue and actually went back to the time of the accident instead of just making the correction effective immediately which, to me, was impressive in itself. Extremely happy to be their customer.

Emily provided me with excellent advice and coverage that was reasonably priced and gave us much better protection overall. I want to let readers know the latest about how Pryor Insurance has been very helpful to me. I needed to find a way to insure my mother's car at a reasonable rate since she had to surrender her driving privileges due to advancing age. My broker, Hope, guided my through several options available. Ultimately we lowered her insurance over $800, got the inspection and saved me time and frustration over this. I also insured my car since moving from Florida at substantial savings. Pryor Insurance also has had her house covered for many years. It's a pleasure to know help is there.
