This review is to their overall operation and technology. I applied for a credit card here, but they failed to set up auto-payment, resulting in a 100-point drop in my credit score! Despite contacting their technician, who assured me that auto-payment had been set up, I incurred late fees again after a couple of months. Subsequent contact with customer service revealed that it had never been set up! Worst experience ever! I will never use it again!

I asked for the store manager to help me and the teller made me wait a while and then came back to me and said the store manager to want to come and help,all of provident union has a really poor customer service. And I asked for business card to call the cooperate they didn’t provide me one. And I also asked for the store managers name to call the bank for a low quality service. No one provided me. Stay away from this kind of management.
