I'm a traveling nurse and my credit union that I've been with forever hasn't any shared branches in the area. I needed a cashier's check to transact some business that wouldn't accept money orders. Although I didn't want to open an account just for a cashier's check, a very knowledgeable representative/associate named Keri was very helpful with pointing me in the right direction for what I need to do. I appreciate people such as her that could have easily just brushed me off, but she explained with great detail and didn't rush me off the phone. PROVIDENT please recommend and recognize Keri for being an excellent asset to your institution.

Very convenient branch and is pet friendly (unlike the Millbrae location). Ben, the manager, is great and always helpful in moving customers in/out quickly along with his well trained staff. Service with a smile and much more personal than the big institutional banks who also charge extra fees.
