Used Prospect Group to sell my moms house as-is. I felt we eventually came to a fair price and the whole transaction was very simple and professional. ALL FEES and costs were paid by them which equated to another 25-50k in savings (plus no real estate seller %).
We could leave any and everything in the house that we did not want or could not sell. Prospect Group (and Amber) were great with the process and very helpful with any questions or assistance.
Do they fix up the home and sell it for a profit? Of course! This was not something I was interested in doing. I am happy for them and happy that I could sell the house hassle free and use the $$ to help pay for my moms care that she needed.

Prospect Group is the real deal. They are a respectable group of professionals in the industry. I had the great pleasure of working with them on a successful home purchase. The whole team; especially Robert was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I would absolutely do another deal with the Prospect Group.

I have just closed a deal with Prospect Group. Hector Diaz was the property manager.

He is fabulous. Hector was always available, worked with the inspectors to understand changes requested, and worked hard to make it happen.

He was a joy to work with and takes great pride in his work. He is fair and understanding with the clients. It was a great experience.

Excellent group to work with. I was able to close within a record 14 days with Vartan and Robert with no hiccups. Hope to do another one in the near future!
