I really appreciate the help of Ms. Lorena Aguilar. She has patience to help me renew my CD and get a good rate comparable to the other institutions. She explained my options and offer suggestions that would be beneficial for me. i came at the branch because i was frustrated with a rude customer service rep who was very impatient to explain a breakdown of my transactions. Ms Lorena exceeded my expectations and went over and beyond her efforts to resolve my issue as i was really wanting to cancel my account already. She was very patient, helpful and courteous and i wish priority one phone service reps could be as professional and courteous as that. The one i spoke to on the phone should never be in customer service anyway. she was an intimidating black woman who was very rude, using bank and accounting terminology on me and was very sarcastic like she wants to tell me “thats what you get for not having enough balance on your account thats why you’re negative “ when she couldve been more helpful to explain my breakdown without making me feel im dumb. they should stop hiring horrible people like that they’re not for customer service. im glad i went to the branch and was helped by Ms Lorena. Thank you and God bless you more Maam.

I had excellent service from Lorena Aguilar. She went the extra mile a couple of weeks ago. I called to see if I had any beneficiaries on file. I was pretty sure I had done this many years back. But the person I called told me I didn’t have any beneficiaries and they sent me a form to fill out and add my beneficiaries. I mailed it. It’s been almost two weeks so I called back to see if they had received my form. Lorena answered and she said that they had not received the form but took my number and would call me if they did.
On her own, she went and checked and saw that I did have beneficiaries. She called me back and let me know and saved me a trip. Because I was going to go over there personally. She went the extra mile.
All employees should give the service that she did.

Terrible service, couldn’t even withdraw money here. The teller kept insisting my driver’s license was wrong, but after calling my bank, they said she was checking it against my passport number. Went to my old branch in Glendale and withdraw money no problem.

I've had an account with them for about two-three years now. I'm going to be honest. They definitely need to work on being more efficient. I've had several loans with them and they drag their feet on everything. Very very slow. They definitely need to work on being more efficient & getting a response to their customers applying for products quicker. The times Ive applied for products Im the one that has to be calling everyday to check the status on things. Management needs to get it together and push their employees to do better. 2 days ago I called and spoke to a CSR named Luis to get some info on the priority guard checking where you can overdraw your account up to 1000. He stated he would email me forms but I have yet to see anything in my emails. Will it take an act of congress to get those forms sent to me? I'm sorry for acting like a complete Karen right now but this is ridiculous. I will definitely be closing my account once my loan is paid off. Nothing compared to schoolsfirst. Schoolsfirst will get back to you within 2-3 hours with a decision after applying for any kind of product they offer. That's what priority one needs. Efficiency.

This bank and branch provide excellent service. I’ve been with them for 3 years now and I’ve recommend it many times. I can always call and be connected with a banker. Very easy online banking. My loan officer is SO helpful and knowledgeable. There’s never a line, the most I’ve waited behind is one person.
