Amy was the best, I had another realtor that I was planning on dealing with. She wouldn’t put any effort into us until our other house was under contract. Every time I would call her it would take a day or more for her to get back to me. I asked my selling realtor to help me find a realtor in a different state to get me another house since the other me didn’t seem very hungry for work. She took me to look at houses the same day without a pre approval or seeing the contract on our other house. It was a cash deal with a 2 week closing date so we were about to be with out a house. So we needed to find one and get it under contract quickly. We got one with in 2 or 3 days in the school zone that we wanted and our specs were met and then some. I would recommend Amy to anyone that has any real estate transactions about to happen.
