Very smooth, very good experience. The buyer rebate is of course the selling point, but despite giving the big rebate the service we received from Prevu and Alan, our agent, was excellent. No difference to other agents I have worked with in the past and who didn't give the rebate.

Purchasing new home has been bit of a long wait and adventurous for us. We started with Prevu before Covid. While Prevu has been transparent about market helped us to short list few of them. However competition was such that we didn’t win even after going above asking price.. We took a break during covid and returned. Things had changed a lot.

Thanks to Prevu and Greg, they have been guiding us every stage of our search and finally our offer was accepted in early this year. We have moved in and happy about decision. I would strongly recommend Prevu for anyone looking or starting their hunt.

We just closed out a fantastic experience with Prevu. We bought a sponsor unit in Brooklyn, which was confusing to start. Macie was awesome and educated us on the differences in a sponsor unit, and guided us the entire way. Further she had us negotiate for more (successfully), helped us pointing out flaws during final walk through that we were able to get fixed, and negotiated a higher percentage for Prevue which significantly raised our rebate. We will 100% work with Prevu again in the future when needed.
