One captivating facet of Prestige Lakeside Habitat is the humungous 80 acres of open landscape available to you. Talk about a breath of fresh air, this is indeed more than a lungful. You’ll be hard-pressed to put your finger on another development that provides you with an open space that this expansive. Everywhere you go you will be enveloped in an ethereal, magical atmosphere that is both enthralling and reassuring.

Updating my rating to 1 star. The housekeeping provided by the new property management team SILA is below par and unacceptable, given that we pay a hefty maintenance fee. The waste has been dumped in various parts of society in multiple parcels (I keep seeing them not picked up and remaining there for multiple days) and is not cleaned properly. we have also seen the increase of mosquitos all over the society, flies etc.

Was a great place to live a year ago be it if you were buying or renting an apartment. Not anymore. Poor maintenance of amenities leading to an unsafe environment for everyone.

One of the worst and pathetically managed community by its own association.

Regular water problems - their borewells are dry and 100% dependent on tanker water. Last month when villagers from where tankers fetch water went on strike, for 2 days, residents suffered without water. Water issues are rampant and no plan to contain this. This issue will further escalate when nearby currently under construction PRESTIGE properties and other properties become operational.

Security issues, they combine pedestrian pathway and vehicular path into one and ask people to use vehicular road to walk by blocking pedestrian pathway.

No safety thinking. Reckless drivers inside roads of the property and spoilt brats are always a risk to walkers here. Unsafe vehicular movements inside the roads within the property.

Everyday problems and issues for residents. Cheap quality construction, water management team once mixed chlorine to drinking water. Stray dogs are abundant.

Probably the best gated community in Bengaluru. Amazing community, three layers of security and endless club house facilities. Best part is the landscaping and open spaces. No society in Bengaluru has such low unit per area density.

No child is safe here. High wattage wires lying all around. No fencing around swimming pools. New prestige construction on both sides causing dust, noise, pollution. Stray dogs roaming around freely, creating a havoc among residents. Monkey menace. Still it’s called an A-builder selling overpriced flats.

Staying here.Village outside and a heaven inside. Very well maintained place. Nice place to stay.

Changed 5 star to 2 star after staying here for 2 years. Theae are my observations

1. The water is extremely salty, noticed 500 pp hardness. Society is not able to control the hardness as they get water through water tankers almost 95 percent requirement is fulfilled by tankers
2. Villa area is nice, if you are going to stay in an apartment, it's only a glorified middle class society stay. You will feel proud while entering and leaving the society. Inside the house you will have cramped life
3. The bed rooms are very small. 10x10, 14x10..
4. Dog menace and sudden surprise monkey visits in your kitchen if not closed property, again monkey darshan depends on the tower you stay.
5. Nice hanuman temple inside.
6. The lifts are crowded especially during peak hours, you will have to share lifts with zomoto wallas , servants and garbage cleaners.

7. Rent is very high for the size of the apartment, and most of your maintenance charge will go toward water tanker bill .

8. Almost all the festival s are celebrated well.
9. Socity now is dusty and noisy due greedy new construction by prestige.
10. I don't think you will have peace ful sleep for next few years due to new constructions.
11. Amenities are well maintained, however not access controlled. I have seen out side people having fun in the swimming pool and gym.

12. Security is there but like Scarecrow.

13. Peak hour traffic jams within the campus
14. The " Disney themed" is a big joke, you will see some broken sculptures of Donald ducks, cindrella without nose and hand, giants without hands etc.
15. The servants are highly unreliable suddenly they will say they are not coming even after charging more compared to other socities.

16. Autowalas will charge 3 times if they see you coming out of PLH.

A Disney theme based large land parcel of 140 acre residential apartment and villa complex is an urban oasis in itself. Perfect place for living with family with lot of walk areas and open spaces.

A top-end residential complex developed by one of the top notch builders of Bangalore. The quality of construction is par excellence. The buildings have been designed in such a way that each balcony gives a panoramic view. The buildings have been well spaced out in a manner that despite having 3000+ apartments, there are plenty of open spaces and greenery. The amenities provided are of the highest standard, especially the clubhouses. The theme is Disney World and that concept pervades throughout the complex. The landscaping is a treat for the eyes.
