We got our mortgage loan through PremierOne and we had such a great experience! Kat helped us lock in a very low rate (lowest by 2% compared to 5 other lenders we got quotes from) Kat was also really helpful and supportive throughout, which we needed as first time homebuyers. It felt rare to find the best rates and service all in one bank.

Terrible!!!!!! I closed my account at Premier because I was getting payments I did not want to receive. With that said, I had a cashier check made from Premier to go to my new bank. Now my funds are not being available due to a hold on the check, Premier not releasing the funds. Premier is not helping and saying that it's Wells Fargo no accepting the check. A Wells Fargo teller told me, that in fact it's Premier not releasing the funds as they tried to get the funds from a Premier and they didn't honor the official request to get the funds. Now I have to wait till the hold on from the cashier check clears. Shame on Premier.

I've been banking here for 25 years... Back before they merged and used to be called National Semiconductor Credit Union. We just refinanced our house with PremierOne. It was painless and SHANNON is a fantastic loan officer. She explained everything very well and had excellent communications with us, all through the process.
