I don't normally post bad reviews but I do read them and I felt that I just can't stay silent about this guy. I called on Wednesday last week, and yes Thursday was a holiday but here it is a week later and no call from the three different times he said he would call, well I played baseball in highschool and that's three strikes, so your out!!! The reviews were all 5 star except one where he didn't call back which I thought was an outlyer but in fact was spot on. One of the times I called while the website said he was open, he said he was at work and would call me when he got back to the office, that was Friday and again it's Wednesday and still no call. FYI My dad is a retired CPA and was 2nd partner at the family's accounting firmand my mother was an accountant specialist and would never treat a client like this. Also my accountant until last year was my sister until she passed last year so I was looking for an accountant and it won't be him.

This was my first time going to a CPA for my taxes as opposed to doing them myself through turbo tax and it was soooo worth it! Rodney was very helpful, knowledgeable and made it an easy experience. Highly recommend, I will be going back for sure!

I went in on a Sunday to get an estimate on my taxes. I was receving more than what my previous tax person got me in the last 2 years prior. Rodney was very professional and made us feel very comfortable while in his office. We received our refund in less than 1 week. I've never had such a quick return with any of my previous tax person. I will definitely be using him again next year.
