If I could give no stars I would. Looked at the property and filled out the application. Paid the fee and then they started asking for Verification of employment and Residence. Mind you I had already sent in pay stubs. Got the paperwork and sent it in just for them to say they would go with someone else. I asked for a refund and they claim to have did a credit check and did not. Never got an alert or anything. I called and texted the number and was told to talk to my realtor. My opinion is that this is a scam especially after looking at the reviews.

Rest assured, you will not find a better company to work with than PFG Real Estate and Financial Services to meet all of your home buying needs! This is the 3rd house I have closed through them and can personally attest to their professionalism, dedication, attention to detail and speed of service. Words cannot describe how much Precious Realty helped my wife and I search for our very first home. After 6 months, we finally were able to call a place our own. Tai Dinh is VERY insightful, patient, and understanding. His knowledge on properties as well as the real estate contracts really made everything easy for us. In addition, he was always readily available and flexible with us. He had shown us over 50 homes in person! Tai did everything in his power to negotiate what was best for us throughout the pending period. Mrs. Thoa was also super helpful during our closing process. She made my wife and I so comfortable, and went over the closing documents with expertise and passion.

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Precious Realty for anyone looking for a home. My wife and I are grateful to have worked with such a wonderful team.

Very tentative and very fast in decision makings. Tro0uble come to her hand it becomes so easy.... she makes thing look easy.... Kim is an asset for the Company, a keeper.... And so does her team, Ha is also a dedication and hard-working person... I am very admiring the company's owner to have those outstanding employees on board, as an owner myself, I know that is a blessing's ...
