Wow, did I luck out when I got Ryan Sutton as my buyer's realtor! Great personality, totally into service, knowledgeable about the area, construction, and negotiation. We got my dream house for 12% under first list price. Talk about lucky, right timing, and skilled realtor. We looked at 3 properties and I just loved the third one (I found it, he did the rest.) He has developed good contacts for all kinds of home related services. Mortgage brokers, inspectors, repair services, etc.

Selling our deceased brother’s Lake Eufaula home remotely from California and Vermont required special real estate agent attention, and Lew Forrest of Porches and Pastures stepped up to the challenge. Lew handled a wide range of tasks beyond the normal including arranging for repairs and short-term maintenance, reuse and disposal of possessions, interfacing with local agencies on home specific documentations and being our eyes on the ground. Lew was easy to work with and proved his credibility through being consistently reliable in communications and follow-through. Lew was proactive in his communications and in responding to our requests.

Selling our brother’s home while remote with limited owner information and knowledge of local conditions was a real challenge. Lew Forrest was key to its successful outcome.

I would recommend Porches and Pastures for anyone’s home buying or selling. Stephanie Fine is truly a fantastic Realtor / Broker who kept her word, even after the closure of the house we bought due to some issues with the prior owners. Ryan is the best. He’s gone to bat for me numerous times and gotten an answer for any question I had during my first time home buying. Like me, he’s also a veteran and helped navigate the rigorous process of dealing with VA appraisers and any issues or questions that have come up since closing he has never been more than 1 phone call away.
