Steve is amazing! He met with me personally and took the time to understand my needs. I now have exactly the coverage I need. He's very knowledgeable and is easily accessible to help whenever I have a question or something wonky comes up. To assist his clients, he recruited an assistant last year who has been a huge asset. I would and have recommended them to anyone needing help with coverage. It's a huge relief having these folks in my life because I tried negotiating the system myself for my mom many years ago and it was a nightmare.
