If I could give -5 starts I absolutely would. I only had the experience from a mortgage side so I can’t speak on their other products.
As someone with an understanding of the mortgage business, I have to say that my experience with this team was completely unprofessional. From the start, there were promises and lies. It took them 6 weeks to finally admit they couldn’t complete the loan, at which point we were at risk of losing $50k in earnest money. They assured us repeatedly that we would be fine to proceed and deposit, but it turned out to be a disaster. I ended up moving to a mortgage broker and closed the loan in just 6 days! I would never want to have anything to do with this union again. Highly disappointed with their lack of knowledge and competence.
