PNC bank smart access card is one the WORST prepaid cards EVER! They don't do their due diligence to insure the security of your deposited funds by allowing anyone to place a hold on funds without proving they had legal rights to do it! And wii NOT return said funds to you even after u prove they shouldn't be held in the first place! Nightmare!
