I just had a very unpleasant experience after using their atm and paying $3 for that service, I asked to change the $20s for a couple $100 bills and they refused service to me as I was not a client. Yet I just paid them $3 to be a client. Would highly recommend going elsewhere as this is not the kind of customer service I would expect in a small community and supposedly small local bank. Most banks these days are trying hard to gain new customers and I plan to ensure none of my friends or myself use this bank if possible.

ATM review:

Pros: located outside a remodeled bank building, covered external unit, it worked
Cons: feels old, keeps card whole time leaving user at risk of leaving card but also not a safe process, externally located without security
