Ok Gerardo Gomez I'm the agent for Pledge Insurance and you came in to the office to make your payment, and same all customers came in and make payments but most payments are made with credit cards not cash sorry for the inconvenience but, yet you came back to the office and got insured again and this time with electronic payments.

How does this place take payment and then says I have no change. Bad attitude , bad service. I hope the owner sees this post, because his help needs help. Awful, customer experience. I try to give norwalk business a chance and then this is what pushes me to take my business elsewhere. SAD, BIG SAD, HUGELY SAD.
