We recently opened accounts with Pinal County Federal Credit Union in Maricopa. Everyone we encountered was amazing. A few days later we were having difficulty downloading the credit union apps.
Sam cheerfully volunteered to help us with our technical difficulties. Within a matter of minutes, we were up and running, 100%.

Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. It's refreshing to know that there's still a financial institution with employees that are willing to help with any and all matters that may arise!!

PCFCU is the one and only credit union bank that I will bank with. They have great customer service and always greets everyone who comes in. I want to thank everyone there at PCFCU for all your time and patience, but mostly want to thank Christina Diaz. She is very helpful and kind and always willing to go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need help with. Absolutely love the people at the Maricopa Branch …. They are courteous and friendly. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. I look forward to my weekly visits with them.

Melissa Mahan is by far the worst supervisor I have ever had to deal with. She's very rude, has zero compassion for situations, very passive aggressive. She will apologize but continue to be rude. She will not help you!!! She is very young and inexperienced in my opinion for any management position. She simply doesn't care. I will be closing all accounts possible and banking elsewhere and advise anyone else thinking about banking here. All because of the interaction with the one person. I have been a customer with this bank for over 10+ yrs. Don't go to this branch!!! Kim was unfortunately out of the office, I know she would have handled the situation differently. She is actually very professional, polite and amazing. Don't know why they have such an unprofessional person like Melissa representing such a negative vibe now. First and last experience with her!!!
