When I contacted Nancy about selling my mom's home, she arranged a meeting that week to discuss the process of selling our home. She provided information for what similar houses had sold for in the area and helped us come up with a listing price. We set up a tentative date to put the house on the market. She guided us in every step of the process and our house sold for the asking price on the first day. The entire process from meeting with Nancy for the first time to the closing of the property was 67 days. It was a pleasure to work with Nancy. I appreciate her knowledge of how to perform the business side of real estate and her sincerity and kindness shown as we sold the home that my mom had lived in for 63 years. Jane and Josey were a great team! I was happy to be referred to them by my uncle since we were moving from Texas and did not know anyone. I flew in for a couple days of house hunting and Jane and Josey were such great host and well prepared for the homes we were seeing. As a first-time home buyer, I don't think we could've done it without Donnie. From listening to our wants/needs/wishes to guiding us through the final closing, he's a whole support system. He's kind, patient, realistic and above all, just wants what's best for his buyers all the way through. Janet Gatewood is a powerhouse! She helped us buy and sell at the same time with excellent results. She has tons of industry knowledge and connections which came in handy during this process.
