We had a multi-year relationship. Mistakes were made year after year that we caught. They never told us about deadlines (I’m not talking tax day) and when we figured out there was a looming deadline, they were unable to guarantee making the deadline. The daughter did not care, so we terminated a multi-decade relationship. Nice man, but don’t take your taxes here.
