She deserves a medal for best customer service award, but seriously customer service is a hard job and hard work. I should know I did it for over 10 years and it was was hard, I worked for a Tow Company and that was affiliate with Auto Club-AAA and customer service was communication over the phone and face to face. The explanation of what services can be done and performed.
I felt that Stephanie was was that person when I felt that I was in distress she went above and beyond. A 1 out of 10 score she was a100% perfect.

Excellent customer service. We were recently informed by mail that some upgrades to our roof need to be completed in order for the policy to renew in March. Abigail Martinez Castro, Customer Service Representative, provided clarity to these requirements with an empathic and professional demeanor. She also emailed me supporting documentation to aid in executing the necessary upgrades. Abigail stayed on the phone with me for an extensive duration and restored our confidence (for now) in remaining with Stare Farm Insurance.

I recently had to add a different vehicle to my policy while removing one, and I was honestly stressed out about the situation prior to Jazmin assisting me —I thought it was going to be a hassle, but she proved me wrong; she handled everything, from answering my questions to providing the reassurance needed.
